At The Howey Company, our reputation for bespoke luxury homes is built on the expertise of our trusted subcontractors. Before any work begins or payments are released, all trade partners must have current documentation on file.
Insurance Coverage: Subcontractors must maintain active General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage.
Where to Send: Email your current Certificate of Insurance (COI) to COI@HOWEYCOMP.COM.
Tax Forms: A current W-9 form must be submitted.
Important: To comply with audits, all payments are automatically held until a valid W-9 and COI are processed.
To ensure your invoice is processed without delay, please follow our strict billing protocols.
Where to Send: All invoices must be emailed directly to BILLING@HOWEYCOMP.COM. Invoices sent via text message or to personal staff emails will not be processed.
Required Details: Every invoice must clearly cite the specific Job Name/Address and a detailed Scope of Work.
Weekly Deadline: Invoices must be received by Tuesday at 5:00 PM to be eligible for that week’s payment cycle.
Approved payments are processed efficiently according to the following schedule.
Processing Day: Approved payments are processed and issued on Fridays. (If Friday is a holiday, payments release the preceding business day).
Payment Method: All payments are issued exclusively via paper check.
Check Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your check rather than have it mailed, you must request this in advance. Checks are available at our office on Fridays after 10:00 AM.
